The Minister of Interior, Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, arrived in Tehran today, at the head of a security delegation that included the Undersecretary of Intelligence, the Commander of the Border Forces, the Director of Drug Control, and the Director of Civil Status, Passports and Residence.
The delegation will hold important discussions with the Iranian side related to the security of the common border between the two countries, combating drugs, and issues related to residency and entry visas between the citizens of the two countries.
The delegation was received by Iranian Interior Minister Ahmad Vahidi and a number of security and military leaders in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
