Secretary General of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF), Dr. Mustafa Al-Sayed, the Chief Executive of the National Committee to Support the Victims of the Earthquake in Syria and Turkiye, received at RHF headquarters Sheikh Jassim Al Ma’awda, the Director of the Relief and External Projects department at the Islamic Education Society and member of the committee.

Sheikh Jassim Al Ma’awda presented the contribution of the Islamic Education Society to the temporary homes project, which is overseen by RHF to provide a secure and stable environment to the families who lost their homes in the devastating earthquake.

Dr. Mustafa Al Sayed commended the initiative of the Islamic Education Society and its active partnership with RHF to implement the directives of His Majesty the King to provide support to the earthquake victims in Turkiye. He called on all charity and professional societies to take the initiative, like the Islamic Education Society, to unify the national efforts in supporting the quake victims in Syria and Turkiye.

Sheikh Jassim Al Ma’awda expressed most sincere thanks and appreciation to His Majesty the King for his keenness on providing humanitarian assistance to the quake victims. He also expressed the honor of the Islamic Education Society to work under the leadership of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa to carry out the royal directives.
