The Crisis Cell at the National Center for Security and Crisis Management (NCSCM) dismissed media reports circulated on social media platforms that Saturday, May 22, is an open day to receive vaccine jabs to those registered on the gov’t platform designed for this purpose.
In a press statement, the Cell said only those who received a text message will get the vaccine dose today.
The Cell also urged the public to shun the immunization centers unless a prior appointment is scheduled to prevent overcrowding and congestion that help spread the Covid- 19 pandemic.
