The Air Defense Commander received Lieutenant General Maan Zaid Al-Saadi, Commander of the French Air and Space Force, and his accompanying delegation.
A statement by the Ministry of Defense stated that: “During the meeting, views were exchanged and ways of joint cooperation were discussed, in a way that contributes to developing the capabilities of the Iraqi air defense.”
The Air Defense Commander accompanied the French delegation on a tour of the corridors of the command headquarters to see the progress of the ongoing work in the new main operations center, which is being implemented by the French company Thales.
