The activities of the International Week of Coaching, both face to face and remotely, were launched today, Saturday, under the title “Reimagining the Future”, which will last for five days.

The activities of the International Coaching Week, organized by the branch of the International Coaching Federation in Jordan, and sponsored by “Orange” and “Ithra” Training Center, aim to raise awareness of the importance of the role of coaching and professional coaching in the development of individuals and institutions through the application and adherence to international standards and foundations in the performance and implementation Specialized sessions.

Coaching is an interactive and collaborative dialogue that aims to unlock the individual’s potential for higher performance and quality of life, through training people to develop their capabilities and improve their performance.

The head of the Jordanian branch of the union, Engineer Dima Barakat, said that the union is defined as a partnership relationship with the beneficiary in a process that sharpens his thinking and creativity, and inspires him to multiply his personal and professional capabilities.

She added that this branch is in the executive hand of the Association for Management and Self-Development.

It is noteworthy that there are 11 accredited branches of the International Coaching Federation in the Middle East, including more than a thousand accredited members of the association.
