Washington, Brazil’s leftist President Lula begins on Sunday his third term in office after his government was completed and ready to start work, according to the Washington Post.
Lula has vowed to make “Brazil happy again” as he prepares to take power as the head of a nation of 215 million.
Lula’s priorities are ending environmental destruction, improving the underfunded education sector, addressing racial injustice and reducing gun ownership.
