‫كندا تصدر تقريرها الجديد عن محصول القمح لعام 2022

بعد ظروف الجفاف التي خفضت إنتاج القمح الكندي في عام 2021، عاد إنتاج عام 2022 إلى أحجام أعلى من المتوسط. وهذا العام، أنتجت كندا 34.7 مليون طن من القمح، بزيادة قدرها 55% عن العام الماضي.

جامعة البحرين الطبية تعلن عن شراكة جامعية عالمية جديدة

في أكتوبر 2022، استضافت جامعة البحرين الطبية البروفيسور جولي جرين، رئيسة كلية التمريض والقبالة في جامعة “كيل” بالمملكة المتحدة، لإطلاق شراكة بين الجامعتين، تحت رعاية الدكتورة شيخة رنا بنت عيسى بن دعيج آل خليفة، أمين عام مجلس التعليم العالي ونائب رئيس مجلس أمناء مجلس التعليم العالي في البحرين ، بحضور سعادة السيد رودريك دراموند، سفير المملكة المتحدة لدى مملكة البحرين، والدكتورة جميلة جاسم مخيمر، رئيسة جمعية التمريض البحرينية.

و قالت البروفيسور ريبيكا جستر، رئيس كلية التمريض والقبالة في جامعة البحرين الطبية: “لتعزيز الرعاية الصحية في البحرين وخارجها، يجب على طلاب التمريض تعلم الطرق المتنوعة للتعامل مع المرضى وبناء المزيد من العلاقات مع المهنيين الآخرين في إطار بيئات الرعاية الصحية المختلفة. إن الممرضين يلعبون دوراً حيوياً في تقديم الرعاية الصحية الأولية والمجتمعية، ويعد فهمهم لرعاية المرضى في السياق الدولي أمراُ أساسياً لتطوير الممارسات الحالية”.

وبموجب الشراكة بين الجامعتين، تم إطلاق برنامج تبادل سنوي لطلاب التمريض، يزور فيه طلاب التمريض في كل جامعة، الجامعة الشريكة للمشاركة في أنشطة التعلم والتدريس وحضور المراقبة السريرية في مرافق الرعاية الصحية المحلية. والغرض من هذا البرنامج هو تعريف طلاب التمريض بالآلية التعليمية للتمريض ونظام الرعاية الصحية في الخارج، وإثراء خبرتهم التعليمية من خلال تدريبهم في بيئة رعاية صحية متنوعة، ودعمهم في أن يصبحوا ممرضين متمكنين ومنافسين في السياقات الدولية المتنوعة.

وقالت سناء الحاج، وهي طالبة في السنة الرابعة في كلية التمريض، وإحدى المشاركات في برنامج التبادل السنوي مع جامعة كيل عن تجربتها: “لاحظت أن الممرضين في المملكة المتحدة أكثر تخصصاً في مجال الرعاية التي يقدمونها، ويلعبون دوراً أكبر في الرعاية الصحية بصفتهم جزءاً من فريق متعدد التخصصات. يعتمد الأطباء على الممرضين الممارسين لما يمتلكونه من خبرات وملاحظات مفيدة. والآن، بتّ أقدر أهمية العلاقات بين المهنيين والتي تمثل تعاوناً متبادل المنفعة”.
