New York, New York, June 08, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The winners of the ninth annual United Nations World Oceans Day Photo Competition were announced today during the United Nations World Oceans Day (UNWOD) 2022 event at the UN Headquarters in New York. The free competition, which launched this past March, explored the six thematic categories linked to the overarching 2022 World Oceans day theme: “Revitalization: Collective Action for the Ocean.” World-renowned judges including wildlife photographer Rathika Ramasamy, Conservation Photojournalist & Marine Biologist Sirachai Arunrugstichai, and Underwater Photographer Y. Zin Kim, selected first, second, and third place winners for the categories: Above Water Seascapes, Underwater Seascapes, Revitalization, Coastal Communities, Ocean Critters, and Nature-Based Solutions & Ocean Exploration. Miami International Holdings and Lukka Enter into Strategic Alliance to Jointly Develop and Launch Crypto Derivatives

PRINCETON, N.J. and NEW YORK, June 8, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Miami International Holdings, Inc. (MIH), owner of Miami International Securities Exchange, LLC (MIAX®), MIAX PEARL, LLC (MIAX Pearl®), MIAX Emerald, LLC (MIAX Emerald®), Minneapolis Grain Exchange, LLC (MGEX™), and Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX™), and Lukka Inc. (Lukka™) announced today that they have entered into a strategic alliance to jointly develop and launch a suite of proprietary crypto derivatives on MIH exchange platforms based on Lukka-supplied crypto data.

The agreement provides MIH with a multi-year global license to use Lukka data to support its exchange-listed crypto derivative product franchise, to be offered for trading on any MIH-owned or affiliated exchange platform. MIH and Lukka anticipate the first products to be launched will include cash-settled Bitcoin and Ether futures and options, to be listed on MGEX via the CME Globex® trading platform, subject to regulatory approval.

Subsequent products expected to be listed will include Bitcoin Volatility (BitVol) and Ether Volatility (EthVol) futures and options, subject to regulatory approval. BitVol and EthVol futures and options will leverage the same volatility calculation methodology as the SPIKES® Volatility Index (index symbol: SPIKE) products, powered by MIAX partner T3 Indexes, further rounding out the suite of MIAX proprietary volatility products.

  • بلغ إجمالي حصة الولايات المتحدة في سوق الخيارات متعددة القوائم لمجموعة بورصة مياكس 13.8%، بانخفاض 94 نقطة أساس على أساس سنوي ( YOY ) ويمثل انخفاضًا بنسبة 6.4%. تم تنفيذ إجمالي 110.3 مليون عقد خيارات متعددة القوائم على مجموعة MIAX Exchange Group ، مما يمثل زيادة بنسبة 10.6% سنويًا ومتوسط حجم يومي قدره 5,250,319 عقدًا. كما حقق الحجم الإجمالي منذ بداية العام وحتى تاريخه رقمًا قياسيًا بلغ عدد 560.9 عقدًا، بزيادة قدرها 8.2% عن نفس الفترة من عام 2021.

Pacific Green and Shell Enter Into Energy Optimisation Agreement for Pacific Green’s 99.98 MW Richborough Energy Park Battery Development

(the “Company” or “Pacific Green”, (OTCQB:PGTK) announces that it has entered into an agreement with Shell Energy Europe Limited (“Shell”) wherein Shell will provide dispatch trading and optimisation services for the 99.98 MW Richborough Energy Park battery energy storage system (“BESS”) the Company is developing in Kent, England (the “Agreement”).

Under the terms of the Agreement, Pacific Green will be responsible for the construction, operation and maintenance of the BESS, while Shell will purchase the capacity and have the exclusive right to provide optimisation services for the next ten years.
